Community Fruit Rescue has set a goal of raising $5,000 to grow our efforts and establish a lasting presence in our community. Donations to the Fruit Rescue Fund will be used to purchase basic harvesting supplies - picking poles, ladders, scales - and fund a dedicated Fruit Rescue Coordinator, who will help ensure all harvests run smoothly from beginning to end! Whatever amount you can chip in will be greatly appreciated!

Community Fruit Rescue is a coalition of organizations and individuals dedicated to harvesting and distributing urban fruit in Boulder, Colorado. We envision a resilient, just and collaborative community where everyone has access to healthy and local food, humans and wildlife coexist, and waste is minimized. Last season we  rescued over 10,000 pounds of local fruit, which filled the homes of all of our volunteers and their families, as well as the pantries of food banks, shelters, schools, and the wild animal sanctuary. With your help, we can start the 2017 season strong and prepare for an even more successful year!

We hope that you will join us at a harvest, and that you will consider donating to the Communify Fruit Rescue Fund.  With your support we're sure to continue our efforts and reach even more neighborhoods, harvesting more fruit next year! You can donate here and learn more about how to get involved on our website

All donations are tax deductible and you will recieve a confirmation from 350 Colorado (our fiscal sponsor) after you've sent your gift.
